New Era reroofed a chronic leaker flat roof and also replaced shingles on the rest of the house. They were careful, clean, and diligent and made suggestions on how to improve roofing performance from what had been installed previously. Been holding off on reviews to see how the roof performed. We've been through multiple high wind events and driving rainstorms and the shingles didn't budge and chronic leak areas have remained dry. Couldn't be happier with the New Era's work.

Shayne Winslow measured the area of our house roof, estimated the number shingle squares required to cover it, and including the cost of labor to strip the roof down to the plywood and replace the flashing around the chimney gave us a very reasonable estimate of the price of the job. A few days later at 7 AM he and his crew of four did exactly what he laid out in the contract and by 4 PM the same day we had an excellent new roof on our house.
