Rick took over a project after I fired a previous builder. He completed the inside trim and woodwork walls and flooring for an addition (two rooms) as well as all outside window trim and clapboards. Rick laid tile for radiant heat, and did an excellent job with the outside woodwork. He also arranged for landscapers to come in. I was impressed with his holistic abilities, in that he could see a project to completion rapidly, prioritize and still complete a project in an excellent manner. He did this job paid by the hour, but his estimate of how many hours it would take proved right on. A very nice man and excellent carpenter.
