Appliance Repair
Took 9 weeks to get this range fixed. Called them and gave information. They said they would have to order a part. I never heard anything more. Finally called them back and they said they would get back to me. They never did. Called again and they said they would schedule something. Every time I called they said they would call back and either never did or called back days later than when they said they would. Finally called them again and we got an appointment. Repair person arrived on time and did a good job in replacing bad part. Charged $85 for service call and $90 for part.
