DANA'S DOLPHINS

Dana is a very talented swim instructor, who understands the developmental stages of children and how that relates to their needs in swimming and water safety instruction. She allows very young children to play, while focusing their play on certain important skills. She is patient and caring, and also extremely experienced and knowledgeable. Several other clients have shared that she has taught slightly older children to swim in an astonishingly short time. In fact, the main reason her students don't return is that they feel they've progressed beyond instruction so quickly. Her daughter serves as an extra set of eyes and ears during lessons with more than one child, although Dana maintains a very small group in each lesson, because she is so dedicated to safety. She also instructs one-on-one. The facility is clean and comfortable, and the outdoor pool is heated. Dana's priority is that children enjoy their water experience, and so, if the weather is in climate, she reschedules to avoid over chilling (especially for the young ones). Dana's rates are, if anything, too low. I would happily pay twice what she charges for the quality of instruction. My daughter has progressed so far this summer, and there is no question that we'll sign up for more lessons next year. She'll probably be swimming before she's four years old.
