I called them on the phone. They asked several questions and set up an appointment to come to my house and do a search and treatment. I have a large home and they started with the most cost effective treatment to see if that would work. They did a search for evidence of the ants and determined that they were probably coming from outside. They treated the entire perimeter of the outside and the one room inside that had ants. The gentleman that came out was very nice and professional. They charged me $250 which was a third of what every other company that I called wanted to charge me. They were the only company that would treat my current problem without a long term contract. I tried to tell the other companies that we only live in Maine in the summer, so a year round contract is a waste of money. MY ANTS ARE GONE and I am very happy with Central Exterminating Services, Inc and will call them again if I need exterminating services. It is very nice to experience doing business with a family company that does what they say for a fair price. Thank you!

Central Exterminating Services has been fantastic in helping with a hornet and wasp problem I've been having. Due to the severity of my problem, they squeezed me in the same day that I called to inquire about services. Immediately upon arriving, they spotted the problems, and came up with a plan to eliminate the pests. They also provided some immediate relief by taking care of the biggest problem nests that way my dog and I could safely enter and exit my house without worry. Their customer service is fantastic. This company is wonderful! Very professional and knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell me an expensive treatment and quot;planand quot;. Treated outside first to see if that eliminated the problem. A few weeks later while the greater number of ants were gone, a few still remained on the 2nd floor. One phone call and they promptly returned and sprayed in the attic which seem to do the trick. It should be noted that his guy had to crawl through a 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 foot hole in the ceiling to get into my hot, dark attic to do the job!!! I can't say enough good things about this business. Definitely recommend this company.

They are excellent. We have a contract with them. The treatment is effective. They stand behind their work. It's a good experience. The technicians are competent. I use them every year.
