Been putting up with this bad workmanship for many yrs. as my father was the one who hired them. They never move cars in the winter in spite of the fact they have been told repeatedly to knock on the door so we can move the cars. Instead, they shovel around them. They don't clear the snow with the edge of the driveway. So, during snowy winters, the driveway becomes more and more narrow. They rarely shovel down to the tar, leaving ice ruts, etc. When they mow the lawn, they shave off areas down to the dirt, don't completely clean under shrubs but charge as if they have. Each year, they say they fertilize. Well, the grass is never nice and thick and green, and I have had to crawl around the lawn trying to find one or two fertilizer pellets when they saw they did the job. They mow in the fall and spray clean the gutters. This is called fall clean-up... for $80. Again they fail to clean leaves out from under shrubs. Unfortunately, everything that comes out of the gutters gets sprayed onto the house and windows. Of course they don't rinse it off. For two yrs now, they have agreed to power wash one side of the house, gave dates when they would show up, but never did. It's too bad that lack of customer care and professionalism may cost them business. Needless to say, I'm doing the hiring now.
