It got done but without any organization or finesse. Only one person seemed to have any experience, and he pretty much stayed in the truck and packed it. That seemed well done. The other four men were careless and haphazard. I watched as antique lampshades flew across the room after a lamp was grabbed without checking for stability (not replaceable and fortunately not damaged). Their packing was disorganized and poorly labeled. I am only still finding the extent of damaged items as it all went into storage and is being slowly unpacked. They would be far better a service if there was a team captain in the house as well as on the truck. The guys inside did not communicate with each other. If you told one worker not to take an item then the other guy would come in and take it out to the truck. I ended up with all my throwaway pile brought to my new location. I also found the $137 price tag for one package of wrapping paper and eight boxes to be ridiculous. All in all. not a first rate service. I would not recommend them or hire them again. Although friendly and hard working, they seemed poorly trained.

they said they would be at our place at 8 am and at 7:59 i saw them coming to our house. they arrived and introduced themselves. Rob was the team leader and Joe was his assistant. My fiance and I showed them what we needed moved and we made a suggestion which stairwell they should use due to the age of our backstairs but they felt they were okay to use, plus there is more elbow room down the stairwell they used. we wound up adding a couple of extra things and they were very gracious about it. they moved everything into their truck in less than an hour. they delivered and unloaded at the new house in less than 45 minutes. we were very impressed with how fast they worked and efficiently. they were great guys and if we need anything moved, we are going to request the two of them.

Very cost-effective, accommodating and helpful. I have back problems, and I am not to lift more than 20 lbs. Otherwise, ten years ago, a move from Augusta, ME to Farmingdale, ME (about 18 miles) I could have done with a pick-up and 4-5 trips. After price-shopping and some research, I chose Reds. The experience was excellent from the 1st phone call thru completion of the move, and the two men who moved me were awesome in being careful with all items.

It was a small job but they came and did it in a couple of hours. They sent me two guys for the work and they moved some really heavy stuff. They did a good job at it and I have no complaints. It is a company that I have used several times in the past.
