Portland Glass of Lewiston

Placed a call to PG after our front door glass panel shattered. Don't know why, maybe a rock from a passing vehicle struck it. A lot of road construction going on. Worker C came out to measure the glass within in 2 days of calling. We were told it would take a week to get the piece in and then they would call us to set up a time to replace the window. Well .. I had to call them and got a confirmation that the piece was in and set up a time in 2 days when PG would be there. I needed them there before a certain time. Well it was a no show with no call. I called the next business day and they said they would be there Wednesday. Worker C showed up and began work on the window. After half an hour he came to me and said he didn't MEASURE THE GLASS'S LENGTH! OMG! I know he felt stupid and had to call his boss. Back to the beginning, and I have to call to see if it's in after a week and set up another time, but it is still a 2 day wait. Well it's in. I think the boss should have called me to apologize and I shouldn't have had to initiate all the calls. OMG he didn't measure the glass both ways!
