He was horrible. Started by refusing to give me a written estimate in advance.(my only contractor that wouldnt). That should have been a warning. He dawdled took forever, did not order the right parts. He ordered a bathtub after i had canceled it and forced me to pay for it saying he could not return it. He would not help ordering fixtures.(I made many mistakes and had to return a lot of stuff.) I had to go off and try to figure it all out on my own AND pay for them right up front. The few things he did order i had trouble getting the invoices for out of him. When there was a break for other contractors to do their job, he was impossible to reach to start up again. I finally had to give up and hire someone else to complete the job. He was constantly fighting with his own employees and the other contractors were very frustrated trying to communicate and work with him. He also did not understand the top end Kohler hardware and the electrician, believe it or not, did some of his work for him and got the project to completion. He also did not pull permits for the job (said was not required) and I was later told by code enforcement officer for the town that he should have although town did not give me a hard time about it. He underestimated and installed a smaller water tank than he should have which is an ongoing problem that i am still dealing with.  I simply would not recommend him to anyone for any plumbing.
