The staff is very good; they are very accommodating for the animals I see there- not just mine but the others as well. During the session before the nail trimming, he explained how we should probably change some of our practices with the dog-it was very good.

They're located approximately a mile away, so they're convenient. My neighbor two doors down, is the owner of the practice. They're very good. In fact, they went through extensive renovation of their clinic. They extended. They really enhanced their practice. I think they're probably very comparable to the other places. They're right in the ball park as the other vet hospital. They're monitoring my dog's condition right now. They're giving us information over the phone and in person to get him back in shape. They're doing exactly what I would like a practice, whether it be a vet practice or a physician's office. They're so popular that sometimes it's hard getting an open line there. Once you get to the waiting room, there is like a 5 or 10 minute wait. The Techs are good and Dr. Robitaille is very good.

They are always very courteous and very willing to listen to any of our concerns. They treat our dogs like their own. We feel very comfortable with the staff there.

Other services are very high priced as well. I would use them in the future if necessary but have changed practices due to cost.

I have used them for ten years and I really like them. They are really good with the animals and are gentle with them. They are very sensitive to the needs of the owner and the pets. One of my cats has to have dental surgery, the second time, she is fifteen years old and I have a lot of old cats at this point. I was quite upset because the cat was drooling because he doesn't have a lot of teeth and he had problems chewing things. However, they assured me that the drooling might be part of the last teeth because he was showing pain, so I was really upset thinking I was not doing the right thing but they assured me that I was. It has been very hard, they have been working with me very well on finding things and places for me for emergencies, and they have steered me in different directions. The atmosphere there is very positive and very professional. The only thing is they are pushing all these parasites stuff and a lot of other stuff, like the other day they wanted me to put my fifteen-year-old cat on a special diet but I don't need that because I think we have been doing okay without those. However, we compromise and we come up with a plan. I would highly recommend them. I really do like them a lot. The person who owns it is very nice, he is very knowledgeable about animals and not just pets but raccoons and foxes and different things like that because I have had questions and he has very good about answering those. We are going back in a couple of weeks for the second surgery. Usually, they have you not feed the cat the night before and bring in the morning for the surgery but that is not possible in my case because no matter where I hide the food for the other cats, he finds it. Therefore, they allow me to bring him in overnight, so that can feed him just before they leave, so he is ready the next day for the surgery because they don't want food in his stomach during the surgery. Their prices are comparable.

staff was overstepping their level and yelling at me about taking my dog to emergency animal hospital. My new dog jumped up on the dining room table and got my advil and ate it. It is very toxic and I had to move my dog for 2 days between Lisbon Road and the emergancy hospital. I asked if I could take my dog home but they said no and if I didn't take her to the emergancy hospital that they will pull her IV and it was stated to me in front of a full waiting room.

My dog was treated well.

We've used the Lisbon Road Animal Hospital since 1990, for aanimal care for our pet dogs and cats. We have brought our pups, senior dogs and cats for all their care, medications and other needed care. We have the very highest regard for the vets, and staff (a very important element in the overall experience). They have given our animals, including our current yellow lab and his boss, Lyla the cat ;+}, the best individual attention we could hope for.

I spent about $180 the last time I went there. My dog has a medical issue that requires him to get his blood checked occasionally. I like them because they are very friendly. They are very comforting when you have an animal that is sick put down. They are very empathetic. They are very close to where I am. So, I don’t go anywhere else. I have been going there for years. I will be going there very shortly for my cat.
