Small Appliance Repair
Never got done. $200 deposit not returned. It took occasional pestering, but six months later, when I visited his shop once again, Jay wrote out a credit memo and gave me $200 in cash, so we are square. Never would have happened if I had not kept dropping by.

Small Appliance Repair
Jay came by, took deposit for replacement parts, said they were back ordered when we called. We went away on a trip for a few weeks and still have not heard back. We have sent a letter demanding our money back. He had done a repair a couple of years before that actually went well, but not this time!

Small Appliance Repair, Engine Repair
He came and took the appliance just before Christmas of last year. I haven’t heard back from him since. He doesn’t return phone calls and hasn’t been in touch with me. I don’t know what happened to my appliance.
