Angie's List found them for us on very short notice (we'd been six days without power). They called back quickly and were willing to come the next day, after a truck delivery of the needed unit would be arriving. They called back twice to let me know the truck was late, but they would come as soon as they could. They stayed in touch. Service man was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. The only surprise was that I had understood the unit would cost about 1/2 of what it actually cost, so the bill was a lot more than I'd expected.
