Exterior Painting, Roofing + 2 more
Started the job then disappeared for over 2 weeks without any contact. Finally returned with marginally productive, and careless workers. Results of above jobs as follows:
1. Leaking area between house and breezeway repaired. Still some leaking around chimney.
2. Failed to seal knots on trim boards and knots now bleeding through. Slopped paint on to clapboards resulting in obvious touch up.
3. Left several pieces of the replaced roof returns unpainted. Noticed later.
4. Did a sloppy job on the steps repair leaving excess mortar all around the repaired area. Promised to come back and clean it up. Did not.
A few hundred dollars of additional work was requested after estimate, but final bill was about 90% over estimate.
In January 2011, Bruce Fournier Construction was de-accredited by the Better Business Bureau for failure to respond to a complaint.
Mr. Fournier does not answer his phone when I call nor return messages. Totally unprofessional, not a man of his word, and cannot be trusted to do the job as agreed.
