I told them when I called that I needed two tanks, one vertical and one horizontal. When they came they brought two vertical. I told them that one had to be horizontal, and he told me that they don't do horizontal and it would be $500 to buy my own. He told me they would try to find a used tank for me, it took them until May to find horizontal tank. I decided to switch companies. When I did this, Amerigas would not come to pick up the old tanks. It turns out that they had placed the two tanks in an area that was out of code. Also, the tanks had been leaking and were within 6 feet of my electrical box! They continued to bill me until they finally pulled the tanks in June when they should have been pulled in January. So in the end, they were late with the delivery of my horizontal tank, out of code, billed me a flat late fee of $35 a month when I wasn't even using their tanks, and took them months to pick up tanks I wasn't even using.
