A Perfect Move

Short move from Barrington to Rochester. They came highly recommended by a friend. Contracted for 1 truck and two guys, 10 minutes ahead of time 2 trucks and 4 men arrived. I was still packing last minute stuff and it was difficult it to manage 4 guys by myself. I have a storage unit where boxes were going, all boxes in dining room were to go upstairs. All boxes in living room were going in my storage unit. They managed to mix them all up and only about 1/2 of the boxes went to the correct location. In the storage unit I have a 4 shelf metal shelf and there was also lots of room in the floor. They managed to put 4 heavy boxes with fragile items in the top shelf, it is about 6 feet high. Lots of fun getting them down. To make matters worse, the two crews were arguing and managed to pull me into the situation. Several pieces were damaged, but I had such a lousy response from the owner about the boxes in the top shelf of storage that I didn't even go there with her. Not only would I not recommend, I would discourage anyone from using them.
