It went fine. This is our summer home and most of all the work we've had done has been done in the winter when we aren't there. Ken had been absolutely trustworthy and timely. We're always very pleased with the results .

Very responsive to bid process. Fair competitive price. Handled all aspects of construction including securing necessary permits, scheduling work, securing materials, etc. Worked with us to enable us to do some of the work ourselves to keep costs down.
A few snags with unexpected issues, most of which were resolved in a timely manner. Only one issue with the heating sub-contractor which was ultimately resolved satisfactorily.
