Initially the work was done in a timely fashsion but we were unaware that most of his subcontractors were incompetent and we had MANY problems over the years, roof leaks, sunroom addition sinking, walls cracking. When we called for help and correction they came once and did 1 jacking up of the sunroom but when I called again that it sunk and we were unable to latch doors closed, they were completely unresponsive and asked what we thought they could do? Fix the substandard work was what I thought but apparently not.
We recently hired another contractor who we trust to jack up and shim the addition and he also insulated and sealed off the frostwall area. Now all the doors open and close as they should but I still need to fix all the cracks in the sheetrock as I didn't want to pay for that since I could do it.The garage floor is cracked in many places and both access doors donot open and close well.
