Landscaping
the cost was double what was quoted, the design changed to match what the landscaper wanted, the grout started falling out almost immediately between the stones, the lawn did not grow in well and after months of UN-returned phone calls he showed up to collect his money. he discounted the amount due and said he would hydro seed the lawn again in the spring because the coverage was so spotty, agreed to re grout the patio and repair it.
