We are located and serve Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Wells, Biddeford and Arundel. We specialize in landscape installation and maintenance, lawn care, planting, garden maintenance, pruning, mulching, spring and fall clean up. Hardscape design and installation is a specialty of ours. We also offer excavation , driveway prep, gravel road repair and maintenance. Our winter services offerings include plowing, sanding, salting and snow removal. We’ll work with you to design, install and maintain the landscape that you have always wanted for your home or business. Our business depends on forging a lasting relationship with our clientele and we make a conscious effort to insure that you are part of each step in the process leading to a satisfied result.

DON"T HIRE THIS MAN, BAD NEWS: When he came, I told him about a sump pump and asked him to please watch out for it and not bulldoze dirt over it. Guess what, clogged it. Had a back up and it flooded my finished family room. Not to mention, my lawn is all weeds, he never came back to fix it. never pulled the stumps, which was part of the contract, had to hire someone else. Big waste of money. If he tells you he guarantees his work, don't believe him.

While other tree removal firms were weeks or even months out from doing this project, Solari Property Care and Excavation got it done within the same week of being hired. They left the lot in excellent condition and ready for the builder to begin. Brandon Solari is smart, young, and got it done!

Couldn't be happier. Work occurred in 3 separate projects. Workers were prompt, professional, worked long hours with minimal breaks. Accommodated reasonable requests (changes) without argument. Pricing was very fair for the work done. Deck has maintained it's drainage (which required complex laser leveling given the confined space), and looks fantastic. Brandon is great.

Brandon is fantastic!  He is very responsive to any inquiries or requests, always flexible with scheduling, and we have been very happy and satisfied with all of his services - not once has he disappointed us.  His fees are very reasonable, he and his staff are always professional and friendly.  We can certainly recommend Brandon for anything!!!

Brandon's work is second to none.
