I always call them back because they do a real good job. They were very good. We had a water leak and the hose broke on my washing machine. I took my washing machine upstairs and it flooded the down stairs. They were there within hours and they helped me soak it up and they did a great job. I have a lot of windows and they are pretty high so I need them because they have the light equipment. There were two guys that come out. One does the inside and the other does the outside and they look at each other through the window to make sure they got it cleaned. I used them since 1985 and I have not changed to anybody else.
