This provider is a property management company. It often provides services as well. It does not give advance notice of work; may not even respond to phone calls and work requests; often loses paperwork; does not use quality materials; doesn't use 'best practices' in dealing with weather situations. Does NOT inspect work. Owner makes promises that are rarely kept.
The owner's parents who use to manage the company did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, the son doesn't know what he's doing and creates many stories to cover mistakes. It's always someone else's fault.
