Their estimate was competitive, the end price was very, very close to what their estimate was and they ended up doing a fair amount of extra work.  When they tore down our sheet rock they found a lot of mold.  They had to tear down some of the structural components and replace them.  They had to repair and replace exterior siding because of mold issues.  Despite those things they were quite close to their estimate.  They had a crew at our house every single day from the start to the end of the project except for one day when they let us know ahead of time they wouldn't have anyone there and a week when they give their crew the 4th of July off.  We didn't know that going into the project but we thought the project was going to be done by then so they probably didn't feel like they needed to inform us.  They were very responsive and communicative.  We had one issue come up after the job was done where some of the floor in our kitchen seemed like it wasn't seeded properly.  They tried to come by and fix it within 45 minutes of when I called but I wasn't here but then they came by and fixed it within 2 days.  They followed up to make sure I was happy with how it looked.  I can't say enough good things, they worked very hard and I would recommend them to anyone.
