Home Building
The seller's realtor called Steve Hyde, a well-regarded local contractor, to come and review the situation and make recommendations. He identified the issue immediately, gave me an estimate on the repair and how it would be accomplished, and provided me with the information I needed to make a decision on whether or not to go forward with the purchase of the home.
