 + -1 moreThe seller's realtor called Steve Hyde, a well-regarded local contractor, to come and review the situation and make recommendations. He identified the issue immediately, gave me an estimate on the repair and how it would be accomplished, and provided me with the information I needed to make a decision on whether or not to go forward with the purchase of the home.
Description of Work: A structural issue was identified as a result of a home inspection, and I needed a contractor's opinion of both the method of repair AND the cost involved to make the situation correct.
