Company is not to be trusted. Steve, the owner, misrepresents the product and lied about the warranty. If you are the call about a problem expect a poor attitude. In the state of Maine it is a four year warranty and his feeling is he does not have to abide to this law. Check around for other companies!!! I have only had the shutters for two years and already had two major failures rendering them inoperable.
