We were referred to a representative from Ward web site. We met with the representative in Aug. 2012. We discussed our budget and what we were interested in building. Rep. showed us a Ward home that was built that was a little over our budget but had many extras we didn't want. We spent next 6 mos. discussing and planning our home with the representative. When we met with the rep. and a builder the price came in $100,000 over our budget as was the price we got from a second builder! Turned out that the house we were originally shown actually cost $90,000 more than we were quoted from the representative and thus way out of our budget. We contacted the rep's supervisor who was sympathetic but unable to do anything. He assured us we would get our deposit back. When we did not receive our money after multiple assurances we contacted the owner of the company. At first he denied any connection to the representative (that came from their web site!) and finally agreed to return our money if we did not receive it from the representative. We finally received our money back and were glad to be done with this company. Beware!
