He was very ignorant. He pulled off a lot of money. He walked away from the job. He came up and looked at the job. He gave the price. When he came out, he said he can't finish the job and asked us to hire somebody else to finish it. He kind of walked away. We asked him what he was talking about. He threw his hands up and went away. He walked away while the septic line was unhooked. He gave us $100 back. He should have at least paid for another plumber. He need license to do it. He didn't even come close to what he said he would do. He said he would come at a certain time and he didn't show up. He said he didn't have the license to do the work.
