 + -1 moreI had one zone of my house cease to function. I thought it might have been a circulator. I called that morning at 9:00 and they had a service person at the house by 12:00! He descovered it was just a failed relay and replaced it after having to return to the shop to get the corret unit (old house = old parts). He was very professional and pleasant! Will definitely consider them in the future for any of my heating needs.

Description of Work: We have had ongoing service with Webber Energy Fuel since they took over for Community Oil many years ago. We have a Presidential Plan for our furnace...we have annual checks, cleaning, etc. cost absorbed by plan ...We also have watchdog service which monitors fuel, (even tho we also have automatic oil delivery ); temperature; furnace (burner). Our total plan is approximately $399/year and well worth it

 + -1 moreThey were great. I have no problems with them at all. They make sure everything is right. We have a watch dog service and so if anything goes wrong, they come right down and take a look at it and then they put in a new thing. If the temperature drops in a certain degree there phone rings up there and they call us to find out if something is wrong. It's a pretty good deal. I would rate them high overall. The price is good if you lock in on time. Their quality is excellent and the very responsive. I would use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Webber Energy-Hollis for heating. The last time I used was about two months ago for replacing the furnace. We also have a maintenance agreement with them. I have been using them for thirty seven years.
