We gave him a deposit - he required 50% which I should never agreed to. The work was beyond his scope - his worker did not know how to fix problems discovered once a portion of the shingles were removed. When meeting with his worker - the worker was extremely rude, threatening and incompetent to complete the job! After he started throwing the "F" bomb continuously at my husband and I we left the job site out of safety concerns!! Linwood the owner of the company is in his 80's and appears to do whatever his worker "Tiger"tells him to do ( aside from physical labor). After removing Shingles on 3 of 4 sides of a tiny house approximately 4 hours work- they left the work sight and kept $1,400.00 of our money. We now are waiting for the legal system to take charge!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS PERON!!!! aside from literally stealing our money his worker "Tiger" is very threatening and uncomfortable to be around.
