 + -1 moreProject was estimated at four months and ended up nine. Huge cost overruns! The carpentry finish work (fit and finish) is of poor quality. Sheetrock work was poor. As general contractor, A.C. should have corrected the problem rather than passing it along.
Description of Work: Construction of a new home. Since new, the home has had interior water damage each winter from roof leaks, which the builder refuses to stand behind the guaranty. Promises to come fix the problems but never does. Should have held back money until the home construction quality was put to the test of a winter. Funny: Motto on the side of the trucks " Always Conscientious"
