Everything went well, very professional, and the new composite roof looked good. No complaints and very happy.  We would definitely recommend and use them again. They also came in on budget and were cheaper than some of the other quotes we got.

The owner worked with us to come out onsite to work up an estimate which were both timely, told us upfront what to expect for when the job could be completed, and the terms were reasonable. He ordered the material, had it delivered on site, started when he said he would, gave us a reasonable price, quality work, and excellent service. He had to clear roof of snow and ice before doing the job. He's willing to answer questions and provide referrals and provide the proverbial pitfalls to watch out for in other areas, such as chimneys. In our case we need chimney work too. Instead of poking holes in the new roof unnecessarily, he warned us to get the chiminey retopped and have the flashing done afterwards.  He also encouraged us to call him back if we had any questions in the future related to the roof or other contract work. Note - he had a huge ad in the Bangor yellow pages of the phone book under roofing. The publishing company screwed up in the 20011-2012 phone book and gave him no advertising and didn't publish his phone number in the white pages under businesses. "Quality Work Completed ON TIME & BUDGET" is his mantra and he did well for us made sure we were satisfied. No complaints. Wish he could do the rest of our required tasks!
