They were supposed to install within one week, which turned into two weeks and still not complete. Now we are one and one half months into this deal and they still owe me parts yet to be installed.
Brian, the sales man overpromises and underdelivers. Ron the tech is very good but has problems with communicatiosn with the offce. They are never in sync. Less than satisfied although they do continue to monitor my system.
