We are Central Maine's Premiere Property Management Company. We Find Good Tenants for Good Landlords. Our Fee for Tenant Placement is One Month's Rent. Our Management Fees are Ten Percent of the Gross Collected Monthly Rents. There are No Upfront Fees When we List Your Property.

This review is false. We offer quality property management and rental services in the Central Maine Region. If (Remove Member Name) was someone calling VPM to inquire about renting one of our properties, he most likely did not meet our basic rental criteria and was denied. I would suggest that (Remove Member Name) was making an attempt to discredit VPM as a means of vengeance. We've learned that when you deny people something they want, even if they are not qualified, they will always try to blame someone else.
