+ -1 moreI set up an appointment with this service provider for an estimate to repair some masonry. The providers office is literally 2 minutes from the property. The provider did not show up at the scheduled time. I called the office...the provider stated that he would be right over. I waited another 20 minutes and still nobody showed up. Once again I called the office and the secretary stated that he must have forgotten. She said she would call him on his cell phone and follow up with me. I never got a return phone call, nobody showed up...so after waiting at the home for an hour I left. This lack of professionalism caused me to miss another commitment I had scheduled...which makes me look really bad. I highly suggest not attempting to work with this company.
Description of Work: Nothing at all...caused me to be late for my next appointment.
