Dan did a wonderful job. He was prompt, efficient, and did exactly what he said he would do. He and his co worker, Bob are two of the finest people you would ever want to meet. I highly recommend Dan. He removed my old boiler and put in a new one, and went out of his way to do the job quickly and proficiently.

Our furnace completely broke down Friday morning. I had some prospects by Saturday. I want people to know that Dan Desrocher was willing to come to the house on a Sunday to make an assessment and provide us with an estimate.Once more, he was there the next morning to install a new replacement furnace and water heater. After about 2 1/2 days, we had hot water and a working furnace. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend to anyone in need of such service.

Dan was thoroughly professional. He arrived exactly on time, and the project, a wall hung boiler replacement, was concluded right on time. We had to tweak the boiler settings afterwards, and he was immediately available to help out.

If getting a new heating system and tank can be a grand experience, than this one was. So professional - the new piping is a work of art. He had to install a new tank, pump our and disconnect the old tank in a tight crawl space, and disconnect and haul off the old burner, and relocate and install the new burner. Dan is an absolute professional; anyone will be lucky to be able to hire him and his co-worker. Plus, the man who came to haul off the old furnace and all the junk in my garage was great and has a lovely pit bull in the cab of his truck. He (he dog) likes to be hugged.

Dan was instrumental in getting our new furnace up and running while the old one was hauled away. We were pressed for time due to needing heat as our old furnace stopped working

He was very personable and concerned about my situation. My oil company would not deliver anymore oil unless I replaced my oil tank. He came in and appraised the situation and got my new oil tank and furnace (which was very old) replaced before he went on vacation. It took only 2 days and it was up and running. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Very responsive, and professional. They gave me an estimate within minutes and there was no additional cost to complete project. The project was setup and completed in a timely manner and work site was left clean. Also gave some good advice to consider for projects in the future.

Dan helped me out of a jam. I was in a tough spot and he responded quickly, treated me fairly, and did a quick, professional job. He and his crew even helped me get the old 800 pound boiler out of the basement. He was also flexible with the payment arrangement. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

The only issue was that I had bought a brand new mixing valve that I asked Dan to leave at the location. He took it as part of the disposal, then when I called him there was not a follow up to return the part.

Danny made the experience of replacing my heating system very easy and stress-free. He earned my trust and confidence because of his knowledge and experience and I wasn't disappointed when he did my job. Everything working as promised. Glad I hired him!

Good system, best price and Danny was very prompt-was there only a few days after we hired him.

Our steam boiler died in late October. Danny was recommended by a friend and when I checked on Home Advisor, there he was and very highly recommended. He responded quickly to our call, spent a long time explaining options and measuring all our radiators. He had our new boiler installed in only 3 days and we also opted for a new energy efficient hot water heater as our old boiler was the source of our hot water in the past. We have spent this winter being warmer than we have been since we purchased our home !!! We have called Danny to ask questions about balancing our radiators and he has always spent the time to educate us. Would highly recommend Desrochers Plumbing and Heating !

Admittedly, I am a procrastinator. My boiler was having issues because it had not been cleaned like it should have been. We were having to reset it often and it was cold in the house. I called around and got outrageous quotes from other companies for same day service and if I scheduled an appointment it would have been days out. I completely understood that I would need to pay more for my own negligence but was so happy to find Dan Desrosher! He was able to get to my house the same day and charged me very fairly for the work performed. I will most definitely use him again and would highly recommend him.
