The boiler had a crack in the tank and water was all over the basement floor. I thought I wanted to change to an electric boiler. Dan advised me why I may want to reconsider and he introduced me to the Pensotti boilers made in Bangor, ME of European styling, high efficiency and with a limited lifetime warrantee. Once I understood, I hired him. He completely removed the old boiler, hot water tank and "incorrectly" installed piping. He cleaned up the terrible mess and water thoroughly and removed all the old "stuff". He did a beautiful installation and completely educated us about how the 6 zones work, how to read the control board, and how to access for cleaning and so on. He complete the job in less than three days. He was punctual, courteous, honest, very experienced, thorough and clean. I would hire him again absolutely.
Description of Work: Replaced Burnham oil burner system and hot water tank.
