Steve is a professional mechanic by training and while he has many large commercial generator maintenance contracts, he is also a dealer for most of the popular residential generator brands. For each installation, he remains the "general contractor" and has relationships with master electricians & gas professionals who are experts at doing the prep work for a proper installation. In fact, when my gas company technician came to inspect the gas line work, he commented on how the work went well beyond what was necessary and included extra shut-off's & support struts that greatly improved the result.
Besides the quality of the installation, the greatest
experience about dealing with True North is that Steve answered every call,
every text and every email in a very timely manner. For me that is a highly
valued trait in any busy service professional.
