Excellent. Our floors are gorgeous. We just moved into this house and the floors in at least two rooms had been done by the previous owner- clearly not a good idea. Some of the floors were in pretty bad shape with scrapes against the grain. We called Scott and he was responsive, clear and easy to work with. He agreed to do the work while we were away, driving our moving truck to Portland. When we arrived and saw the floors, we were so pleased. He worked around radiators, in and out of closets, over door thresholds, etc. They are just beautiful.
