Tim was exactly correct and the problem was fixed with his advice. Although he could have come over and charged me to fix a very simple thing, he saved me the cost of the visit. I have used him twice in the past and will continue to call on him for garage door service. He is a very special provider and I can recommend him highly, once again!

It went very well.
My only complaint was the placement of the door handles - on the bottom rather than partway up.
Tim didn't ask and I forgot to specify.
The doors have worked great until a couple days ago. (Oct '09 to July '11)
I called Tim and he talked me through adjusting a safety sensor - works fine now.

If you hire this company, you get the owner and his wife, not some employees. I have used them twice before and was happy each time. They come when they said they are coming, are quick, and clean up afterwards. They charge what they quoted. They are pleasant to deal with; I will never go back to a big company! I definately will use them again.
