They cleaned the chimney and the stove. They cleaned all the ash out from the inside of the stove. They cleaned all the blowers out and make sure all the electrical connections are working okay.

We have only dealt with them for the ordering process. Our purchase has not been installed yet so it is hard to rate overall.

I had them order both of the parts the refactory brick and the pipe. I called to check on it and they said they will get back with me. so they never called me back. so i called them back and they said they will get back with me again. I called them a third time telling them that noone ever got back with me. The guy was snappy and short with me. I think he was a MGr. And he was very rude and because of that I asked for my money back. And the guy said it very rude sure i'll give you your money back. there was no sorry about the parts never being ordered. He just rudley gave me my money back. And it ended from there.
