Heat Pump Installation and Replacement

They were hired to remove furnace and oil tank which they did but never returned to finish the foam where the pipes entered the house for oil. In addition we signed contracts for the replacement of our heat pump hot water heater. They said it would be free because it was still under warranty. Also, accepted their bid to clean our heat pumps. We have waited for 2 months. Their phone mailbox is full - can't leave a message. No response to our texts messages and we have been removed from their Fresh Books as a client . So sad. We've been ghosted. If it turns out that Morgan Slater is in the hospital or suffered some other temporary disability, I will update the review.
