BROADWAY AUTOMOTIVE

I'd always received great service from Broadway Automotive in the past, so after a visit up north to see my family, I took my car over for a four-wheel alignment and a tire rotation on my way back to Southern Maine. The service was performed quickly, and $100 later, I was back on the road with a car that I assumed was aligned. No dice. 
It didn't take me long to realize that the service hadn't corrected the issue that I had sought to have resolved. The steering wheel was not only still crooked when the front tires were pointed straight ahead, it was now slightly worse than before! If I lived in the area I would have called/driven back to have them fix it, but I was already on my way back home and the garage was closing. Come to find out, additional components had to be replaced in order for the car to be successfully aligned, which the folks at Broadway Auto neglected to tell me. In their defense, due to the fact that I live a couple of hours away, I was unable to see what they may have been willing to do for me as far as making things right. That said, I don't know how folks at a shop could consider it good business to take $70 from a customer and leave them with a car that is worse off than it was when it came in.
