We called and left a message after business hours. Our auto garage door was stuck in an open position. (We heard something snap when we tried to close it.) Kevin returned our call first thing the next morning (9 am) and advised us that a service call was $80 with additional cost for any parts needed.
They arrived at our home in about 30 minutes. Turns out one of the springs gave way. Kevin suggested we replace both springs, which seemed like a good idea, so we agreed. He replaced the springs and also oiled all moving parts on both our garage doors.
We offered to pay for the service call right away, but he said they will send us a bill. We estimate it will be about $100 but will update our review regarding price after we receive the invoice...

Very easy to deal with. Prompt and returned phone calls. Showed up on time and performed the work to our satisfaction. Real nice guy. Paid attention to detail.

I have used this service provider in the past as they were available the soonest when I really needed a repair person. They have consistently been responsive and professional and lower priced than the and quot;name brandand quot; service in my area.
