I purchased slippers from them, though it was not that helpful for me. I them bought something else from them which was good. They are number one, but not everything you want is like what you see. If I didn’t like something and if it’s not too long from the purchase, they take it back. I had bought something from them and didn’t like it, so they sent me back my cheque back. They stand behind their stuff and I have been dealing with them from the 80’s. They render good customer service and when you call you speak to a person. I can shop online or call and speak to a person. They take down the item code and you can pay when you receive the item. I will use them again in the future.

My order from LL Bean came promptly, but I was very disappointed in the quality of the clothes. I ordered knit polo shirts and they sent an unattractive waffle knit. They didn't fit well and the price was very high for the quality that I received. I am sending them back today.
