Steve went above and beyond expectations and took time and patience to track down the stove mystery. I was frightened by the sparks coming from my 220 volt outlet and he came the very same day!

I called the guy, set up an appointment early in the morning, and as soon as I got in at 9 AM when it was snowing, he showed up right on time and I got a call when I got to work. My tenant called me and said the outlet had got fixed. The guy was in and the whole job was done with in a half hour. I have no complaints at all. This guy was good.

He had a fair price, they came on schedule, and they were done within a good amount of time. The kitchen was all on one breaker so he put in a dedicated line for the refrigerator and microwave.

It went very well. The first time, I called and they planned to come by the following week, they forgot. When I called back, they were very apologetic and were there the next day and fixed the problem immediately.

The ground cable from my electric meter got sucked into my snowblower. CMP said it should be replaced but it was not their responsibility, so I called an electrician I had used previously. When he didn't return my call within 24 hours, I gave up and checked Angie's List for another one. I picked Day's based on proximity and good reviews. I called late Thursday afternoon. Steve answered right away and said he would be in my area the next day and could do it then. I asked what it would cost and he said less than $100. I said great, do it! I returned from work the next day to find the job done. A couple of weeks later, I received his bill in the mail, under$100 as promised. I couldn't ask for more.

The rates he charged me were really good as he charged me an hourly rate for labor plus parts. He cleaned up his mess and he did the job very clean. Steve also showed good communication with letting me know what was going on.
