Fantastic experience with the East Providence, RI branch. The two guys who came were fast, careful and very helpful...I couldn't believe how quickly they got everything out of the basement. I felt sorry about asking them to move a very heavy loveseat...they cheerfully said. "No problem!"...and whisked it away. The last time I had that piece moved (by another moving company) there was a lot of eye-rolling and other signs of annoyance. I highly recommend both the company and the movers (wish I could remember their names). Communication with the company was very good, too...they called to confirm the appointment and reviewed everything to make sure they had all the details correct. Oh, and the POD was packed perfectly. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends.

Gentle Giant did a great job. They arrived within a half hour of the stated start time. They planned the loading and unloading for maximum efficiency and they were very careful with all of the furniture. They also worked quickly, so the job was done sooner than expected.

Amazing! I have them come every time I need something moved.
