The Solarium has leaked ever since. Water leaks into the wall to which the Solarium is attached. Sheetrock has been repeatedly ruined. Wintergreen has twice attempted repairs without solving the problem in spite of many contacts and photographic evidence. Finally I hired an expert craftsman who pulled up the roofing work and found many workmanship problems. The problem is now (12/2011) fixed. Wintergreen says they will not pay because it is all my fault.Water oozes through the sheet rock and drips on the floor.
