Kevin Bishop was knowledgeable about the process and got me exactly what I needed, which was to come out without debt. He managed all the communications with my bank, graciously tolerated being bothered by an obnoxious tenant, answered every question, was completely trustworthy.
He clearly explained all my options and their likely consequences before we got started. He was always accessible by phone or email for questions and never made me feel that what I asked was unimportant or foolish.
While this was specifically a short sale, I would go back to him for any real estate transaction I might make in the future confident that he would not steer me into what might be in his best interests but would put my needs front and center.

Short sales are notoriously difficult and lengthy processes. Allison was a great source of information and let me know what to expect. She was honest about the property, helpful with the showings and has gone above and beyond what most realtors will do to sell a house.

The closing date has not been finalized, but now things are pretty much in the hands of the bank so if the deal falls through, it will only be due to the short sale process and its rigid requirements. Trust me, a knowledgable agent makes a huge difference!
