SULLIVAN TIRE

I've used the one in the shopping center for many years.  I love the manager there. Their prices are usually very good.  I went to the other store this last time.  They were very good.  They called my husband about what needed to be done.   They kept me informed and gave me a time because we were going away.  The manager there was very pleasant, but they were supposed to be using Mobil One oil and they didn't.  I would probably go back to the one in the shopping center from now on.

They failed me. They told me I needed a lot of work done. I asked them to write it up for me and I would go to a local guy and they said that they had to put a failed inspection sticker. They were prompt in trying to let me off. They could have been honest. Their price was very high. I wanted a sticker not a $1500 bill. The person acted professionally but was unethical. They are right beside my place but though they would give me a 10% discount I would not go there.

Since the manufacturer warranty ran out on my car 5 years ago, I began taking my Toyota to Sullivan Tire for all my service. I've have purchased tires, had routine maintenance performed, and other mechanical repairs done. Their customer service has always been exceptional. They always explain the service performed and take time to patiently answer my questions. Sometimes, not always, they may detect a potential mechanical issue which they'll call to my attention but not out of hoping to get more money out of me but more as just making me aware there could be a larger concern down the road. When it comes to additional recommended services there is never any sales pressure to commit. The staff, especially the manager Jim, are very courteous. Their prices are as reasonable as any other service provider of their kind around but what sets them apart from the rest is their extensive technical knowledge and experience as well as excellent customer service.

I jut about cursed when I got the price on what it would take for a sticker. But shops always get you at sticker time. The shop is convenient, right down the road from my office.

I unknowingly went to the wrong location. There are two Sullivan Tires within about a mile of each other, both on route one in Falmouth. They looked up my information and kindly let me know where my appointment was and my (pre-ordered a few days before) tires were waiting for me. Then I drove over and they got started on my minivan. They were polite and courtious and they left my an sparkling clean when they were finished. They had a shuttle readily available and happily drove me to where I requested and picked me up in just as friendly a way. My only complaint was that they didn't bring up the available rebate that was available on my tire purchase. I still have to do some research to find out how I request it. I only found out about it because I saw a sign advertising it on the wall in the first location I went to. That was irritating and means that I have to do more work to get the rebate money.

They are excellent. Their service is great. We would like to grade them highly across the board.
