I trust him. There is very little action is Brunswick so there are not a lot of showings. He and I negotiated his rate.

Scott sold my condo and also helped me through the process of considering to build and then ultimately buying a cape in Brunswick. Great guy to work with.

Scott was very personable and punctual. He used to be a former employee of the company I work for and then he went into real estate. He was really good about showing us properties that we were looking for. We wanted two bedrooms that were simple for two people to live in. Our goal was a ranch and we got a ranch so it worked out beautifully. We lived for 18 years in a 3-story walk up Victorian home so we wanted a ranch.
