Kevin Browne Architecture

Kevin was recommended by our builder who had worked with him on several projects. Our project involved the demolition of a dilapidated house and construction of a new home and barn. Kevin was very helpful in explaining the design process. He is easy to talk to and listens well to his client. He was able to incorporate our wishes, while making valuable recommendations for improvement and overall flow of the structures. He was thoughtful of the aesthetic of the area and willing to incorporate our "eccentricities" (my description, not his). He outlined the costs up front so that we were able to adjust the level of his involvement to our budget ahead of time. He met with us several times and visited the site several times to tweak the design accordingly, per our requests. It was clear that he wanted to be sure we would be completely satisfied and pleased with the outcome of his work. I think the combination of KBA & Todd Harrison Construction is truly a dream team for any construction project.
